Please take notice that the Town of Lomira enacted Ordinance No. 2025-01 Amendment to Chapter 9 Recycling Ordinance at their regular monthly meeting on November 11, 2025. This amendment to Chapter 9 was enacted to comply with the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) revision of the administrative code that oversees Responsible Units’ (RUs) effective recycling programs and other aspects of Wisconsin’s recycling law. The ordinance is effective upon posting.
