Public Test of Voting Equipment
Notice is hereby given that the public test of the DS200 and ExpressVote voting equipment to be used for the April 4, 2023 Spring Primary Election will be conducted on Monday, March 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Lomira Town Hall, N10479 Cty Rd AY, Knowles, WI.
Notice is hereby given that the Lomira Town Board will meet for the purpose of inspecting town roads on Monday, March 27, 2023, beginning at approximately 4:00 pm. The meeting in informational only and no Town Board action will occur.
State Law requires that all dogs have current rabies vaccination. Dogs must be licensed by the TOWN OF LOMIRA. Before a license will be issued for any dog, proof of vaccination must be furnished to the Town Treasurer. Owners of dogs who do not comply with this statute will be referred to the District Attorney’s office for prosecution.
The license deadline is April 1, or within 30 days of acquiring a dog. Residents of Mobile Homes and renters will not receive written notice of the requirement in the mail but are not relieved of the obligation imposed under this statute.
This statute will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. For licenses or information regarding them, including fees, contact the Town Treasurer, Marcia Valle, 920-948-8052.
Invitation to Bid
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Lomira will accept sealed bids for the following 2023 road paving projects:
--Lettau Drive, Amie Drive, Harver Court
• Pulverize, fine grade, water and compact
• Lay a compact 2.5” asphalt surface
• Paving must be completed by October 1, 2023 with payment due in December 2023
Sealed bids will be opened on April 12, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Lomira Town Hall, N10479 Cty Rd AY, Knowles. Specific information can be obtained from Highway Superintendent, Randy Dittberner at 920-960-7236. Contractors are to supply all labor, material, traffic control, signage, and proof of insurance.
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid most advantageous to the Town of Lomira, even if that bid is not the lowest in cost.
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Sec. 70.45 of Wis. Statutes, the assessment roll for the year 2023 will be open for examination on April 11, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Lomira Town Hall, N10479 County Rd. AY, Lomira, WI. Open Book will be held in person, no appointment needed, or virtually by contacting the assessor, Linda Baxter, at any time before the end of Open Book by phone or email. Email is preferred.

Location and Hours of Polling Place
At the the Spring Election to be held on April 4, 2023, in the Town of Lomira, the polling place location for Wards 1, 2 & 3 will be the Lomira Town Hall, N10479 County Road AY, Knowles, WI 53048.
POLLS WILL OPEN AT 7:00 A.M. AND WILL CLOSE AT 8:00 P.M.
The polling place is accessible to elderly and disabled voters.

Annual Town Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual Town Meeting for the Town of Lomira, Dodge County, for the transaction of such business as may be necessary, will be held at the Lomira Town Hall located at N10479 Cty Rd AY, Knowles, on the 18th day of April 2023, at 6:30 p.m.
All Town of Lomira residents are encouraged to attend.
